Business Development Manager – FinTech

About the role

CreditorWatch is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new B2B revenue within the FinTech space across Victoria. You will own the full 360° sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and onboarding new corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new business via outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
• Book and deliver product demos (online or face‑to‑face) and guide prospects through a structured sales process.
• Close deals, achieve monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets and hand over new logos to Account Managers.
• Maintain accurate activity records and forecasts in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high customer engagement and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Several years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or FinTech.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and resilience.
• Ability to work autonomously with a regular cadence of calls and meetings.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM proficiency.
