Business Development Executive – Mining & Energy

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a strategic Business Development Executive to lead growth in the Resources sector across Mining, Energy and Utilities. Based in Perth, you will manage executive‑level relationships and drive the full sales cycle for large enterprise accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own and nurture C‑suite relationships, understand client needs and close complex deals.
• Lead discovery meetings, shape differentiated solutions and drive innovation focused on customer outcomes.
• Develop and execute account strategies, including white‑space mapping, competitive analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of market insights, competitive intelligence and industry services.
• Proven enterprise‑mindset with persuasive, persistent and adaptive behaviour.
• Experience in digital transformation and solution‑based selling.
• Excellent collaboration across cross‑functional teams and strong negotiation skills.
• Executive presence with the ability to manage CXO interactions.
