Business Development Center Officer (NSW)

About the role

The Business Development Center (BDC) Officer is the frontline of customer engagement for a leading electric‑vehicle dealership in New South Wales. You will manage inbound and outbound communications, book appointments, and support the sales and service teams to ensure every lead is handled promptly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, online inquiries and showroom leads with urgency.
• Conduct outbound follow‑ups for sales leads, service reminders and retention campaigns.
• Schedule test drives, service appointments and customer consultations.
• Maintain accurate records in the dealership’s CRM system.
• Provide qualified leads to Sales Consultants and Service Advisors and ensure smooth handovers.
• Meet daily and weekly activity targets for calls, appointments and conversions.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, call‑centre or sales‑support roles.
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to multitask across phone, email and CRM platforms.
• Results‑driven and able to meet activity and conversion targets.
• Eligibility to work in Australia; immediate start preferred.
