Bus Driver – No Experience Needed

About the role

Busways is hiring full‑time permanent bus drivers for its Willoughby depot. No prior bus driving experience is required – a four‑week paid training program will equip you with the necessary skills while you earn a competitive hourly rate.

Required profile

• Current, valid unrestricted driver’s licence (C Class; Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid preferred but not essential)
• Good driving history and strong communication/customer service abilities
• Willingness to undergo pre‑employment medical, criminal history, and Working With Children checks
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, early mornings and late nights
