Brand & Creative Specialist

About the role

Toshi, a heritage Australian lifestyle and gift brand, is scaling its direct‑to‑consumer business and needs a creative specialist to shape the visual and verbal identity of new collections. This hybrid role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on production of editorial‑standard content.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the brand voice and visual direction for seasonal launches across social, paid, and email channels.
• Produce lifestyle imagery, user‑generated content and AI‑generated visuals, following a brief‑to‑live pipeline.
• Develop and manage a rolling seasonal content calendar covering social, EDM and key digital touchpoints.
• Create and coordinate EDM campaigns, including copy, imagery, segmentation and customer flows.
• Use performance insights to refine content and improve future creative output.

Required profile

• Strong creative judgment with a portfolio that demonstrates mood‑board creation, concept development and premium editorial work.
• Passion for style, design and elevated lifestyle products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to balance speed with premium quality.

Required skills

• Hands‑on AI image generation tools.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop and Premiere.
• Understanding of EDM fundamentals, including segmentation and customer journeys.
• Knowledge of content specifications and placement requirements across platforms.
