About the role

Paspaley, an iconic Australian luxury brand renowned for its pearls, is seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead its Broome boutique. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences while driving commercial performance in a high‑end retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the boutique team to achieve sales targets and service excellence.
• Create memorable experiences for VIP, local and international clients, fostering long‑term loyalty.
• Manage boutique performance through effective clienteling, sales initiatives and inventory control.
• Organise exclusive client events and bespoke services that reinforce brand engagement.
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation, operational standards and inventory integrity.
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Paspaley’s values and heritage.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a successful retail store or boutique.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Excellent client‑service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Commercially minded with a focus on sales growth and operational efficiency.
• Highly organised, resilient and adaptable in a dynamic luxury retail setting.
