About the role

Join the iconic Prouds jewellery family in Broome as a Full‑Time Sales Assistant. You will be the face of the store, helping customers discover timeless pieces while contributing to a legacy that spans over 120 years.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised, high‑quality service to each customer, guiding them to the perfect jewellery item.
• Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain product knowledge through ongoing in‑house training.
• Perform operational duties such as stock replenishment, ticketing, merchandising, and handling customer repairs.
• Support the team in a seven‑day roster, ensuring a smooth and welcoming store environment.

Required profile

• Strong one‑on‑one selling ability with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset and a passion for jewellery.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Flexibility to work across the store’s seven‑day schedule.
