BMS Service Technician

About the role

The role involves delivering scheduled service, updates and maintenance for Building Management Systems (BMS) and building automation across a specific region, focusing on energy efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled service, updates and routine maintenance for BMS/HVAC control systems.
• Configure, program and commission BMS/HVAC systems, including small project works.
• Diagnose faults, provide technical support and produce accurate service and commissioning reports.
• Liaise with clients to recommend upgrades, integration and building efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in programming and commissioning BMS/HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of IP‑related protocols, networking and communications.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, standards and plant operating instructions.
• Restricted Electrical Licence and a current Australian driver’s licence.
