BIM Modeller – Building Services

About the role

AECOM is seeking a BIM Modeller – Building Services to join its National Building Engineering team. The position can be based in Brisbane or Melbourne and supports multidisciplinary projects across defence, healthcare, aviation, education, commercial and civil infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and modify BIM models, drawings and documentation throughout design and construction phases.
• Collaborate with BIM technicians, designers and engineers to produce accurate 3D models and visual content for presentations and client deliverables.
• Support BIM standards, processes and coordination activities while enhancing technical capability within a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Technical qualification from an approved TAFE or relevant industry experience; candidates studying further are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated experience using Autodesk Revit in a Building Services environment.
• Exposure to mechanical, electrical, fire protection or hydraulic projects is highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with engineers and designers.
