Site Manager – High-End Residential Projects

About the role

A reputable high‑end residential builder is seeking a passionate Site Manager to lead a $2M‑$5M architecturally designed project in Sydney’s Inner West. This off‑the‑tools position is ideal for someone who has progressed from carpentry to site leadership and thrives on premium residential construction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from site establishment through to handover, driving programme, sequencing and daily operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, materials and deliveries while overseeing detailed finishes, joinery and architectural detailing.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, architects, designers and clients to maintain exceptional quality, safety and presentation standards.
• Maintain site reporting and documentation using Procore.

Required profile

• Trade‑qualified carpenter with strong technical background.
• Previous experience as Leading Hand, Foreman or Site Manager on high‑end residential projects.
• Proven track record delivering multiple $2M‑$5M projects from start to finish.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural documentation.

Required skills

• Carpentry trade qualification.
• Procore project management software.
