Behaviour Support Practitioner – Core, Proficient or Advanced

About the role

Join Outcomes Connect Australia as an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner, working with NDIS participants and their families to improve quality of life and reduce behaviours of concern. You will be based in Adelaide and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client needs and develop person‑centred plans using the Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework.
• Design, deliver and evaluate evidence‑based support plans, ensuring they reflect clients' goals, passions and strengths.
• Build capacity of families, carers and support networks through training and guidance.

Required profile

• Current registration with the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
• Endorsement at Core, Proficient or Advanced level and experience with a registered positive behaviour support provider.
• Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent written communication.
