Banking Consultant – Retail Banking (Part‑time)

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in Retail Banking, you will provide customers with a seamless branch experience, meeting their end‑to‑end financial needs, conducting needs‑based conversations and educating them on digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless branch experience by handling transactions, advising customers and promoting digital banking solutions.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team to ensure the best possible customer experience.
• Drive higher customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value for clients.
• Participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
• Maintain a thorough ‘know your customer’ approach from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer focus, with retail experience considered an advantage.
• Experience using and promoting digital channels and technology.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Sound understanding of compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
