Banking Consultant – Retail Banking (Part‑time)

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ's Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers, helping them meet their financial goals through personalised conversations and digital solutions. The role is primarily branch‑based and focuses on building strong customer advocacy for ANZ.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end banking services, including transactions and needs‑based advice.
• Educate customers on digital banking channels and available financial products.
• Contribute to increased customer engagement and advocacy.
• Support bank programmes and initiatives.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of each customer’s risk profile.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Experience using and promoting digital banking channels.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a team environment.
• Sound understanding of compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer focus; retail experience is an advantage.
