About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers in the Mitchelton branch. You will address end‑to‑end financial needs, guide conversations, and promote digital solutions while upholding ANZ’s Customer Promises.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer service, completing transactions and recommending suitable products based on accreditation level.
- Drive customer engagement and advocacy by delivering personalised financial advice.
- Support bank programmes and initiatives, acting as a peer coach and role model for colleagues.
- Maintain a thorough “know‑your‑customer” approach from a risk perspective.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, branch procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Exceptional customer focus with a strong service orientation.
- Retail experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable using and promoting technology and digital channels.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work in ambiguous situations.
- Willingness to collaborate within a team environment.
