Banking Consultant – Part‑time role in Warwick

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience for customers, helping them meet their financial goals across transactions, advice and digital solutions. The role is primarily branch‑based and focuses on high‑quality service that turns customers into strong advocates for ANZ.

Key responsibilities

• Drive significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy while creating real value.
• Participate actively in bank programmes and initiatives.
• Know each customer from a risk perspective and maintain compliance.
• Ensure adherence to ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
• Experience using and promoting technology and digital channels.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
• Sound understanding of compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
