About the role

Suncorp Bank is seeking a Banking Consultant to join its Dubbo branch as a Personal Banker. This permanent, part‑time position focuses on delivering high‑quality sales and service while guiding customers toward digital banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised banking advice and support across all customer channels.
• Educate and assist customers in using digital platforms for self‑service banking.
• Facilitate digital onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Apply the Connect Conversation framework to act in customers' best interests.
• Contribute to the growth of lending and deposit portfolios.
• Maintain compliance with processes, procedures, and risk appetite.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to ethical banking practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across wider bank functions.
• Willingness to develop continuously through Suncorp’s Success program.
• Availability to work 25 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑14:00.
