About the role

As a Banking Consultant at ANZ, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers in the Albany branch. Working part‑time, you will help clients meet their financial goals through personalised conversations, transaction support and digital education.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide end‑to‑end financial advice and transaction services to retail customers.
  • Engage customers to increase advocacy and satisfaction.
  • Support bank programmes and initiatives, ensuring compliance with ANZ policies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of each customer’s risk profile (“know your customer”).
  • Act as a role model and peer coach within the branch team.

Required profile

  • Exceptional customer focus, preferably with retail banking experience.
  • Comfortable using and promoting digital banking channels.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Sound understanding of compliance requirements.
