Banking Consultant – Part‑time (22 hrs/week)

About the role

The Banking Consultant role is based in our Burleigh Heads branch and focuses on delivering a seamless banking experience to customers. You will meet end‑to‑end financial needs, conduct transactions, provide advice and promote digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by handling transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital education.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team to deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement, advocacy and real customer value.
• Participate actively in bank programs and initiatives.
• Take responsibility for ‘know your customer’ from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
• Experience using and promoting technology and digital channels.
• Ability to multi‑task and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Sound understanding of compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
