About the role
ANZ is looking for Banking Consultants to join its retail branches across Inner South and Central West Sydney. In this customer‑focused role you will help clients achieve their financial goals by delivering seamless banking experiences, both in‑person and through digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end financial advice and transaction support to branch customers.
- Drive customer engagement and advocacy by understanding needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Participate in bank programmes and initiatives that enhance service quality.
- Maintain a strong “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a role model and peer coach within the branch team.
Required profile
- Exceptional customer focus with a retail banking background preferred.
- Comfortable using digital banking channels and technology.
- Willingness to work rostered shifts, including Saturdays.
- Ability to conduct needs‑based conversations and meet accreditation standards.
