About the role
The Banking Consultant role is based in the Frenchs Forest branch and focuses on delivering a seamless banking experience. You will meet each customer’s end‑to‑end financial needs, guide them through transactions, and educate them on digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a smooth branch experience, handling transactions and needs‑based conversations.
- Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team.
- Drive higher customer engagement and advocacy.
- Participate in bank programs and initiatives.
- Maintain a strong “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Exceptional customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
- Comfortable using and promoting digital channels and technology.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Sound understanding of compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
