About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless branch experience, helping customers meet their full range of financial needs. You will combine transaction processing with needs‑based conversations and digital education to build strong, lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end banking services, including transactions, advice and digital solution education.
- Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative branch team.
- Drive customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value for clients.
- Participate in bank programs and initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain a thorough “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus with a retail banking background (advantageous).
- Comfortable using and promoting digital channels and technology.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work in ambiguous situations.
- Willingness to collaborate and support teammates.
