Banking Consultant – Casual Retail Banking

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers in the Singleton branch. You will address end‑to‑end financial needs, conduct transactions, and guide customers toward suitable digital and traditional solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement and advocacy by providing personalized financial advice.
• Support bank programs and initiatives, ensuring customers are aware of new products and services.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of each customer’s risk profile and comply with ANZ policies.
• Perform transactions accurately and promote digital banking channels.
• Act as a role model and peer coach, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
• Comfortable using and promoting digital banking technologies.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and work well in a team.
• Good understanding of compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
