Banking Consultant – Bundaberg QLD

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless branch experience, helping customers meet their full range of financial needs. You will work primarily in the Bundaberg branch, providing transaction services, conducting needs‑based conversations, and educating clients on digital banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Engage in needs‑based conversations to identify and recommend appropriate financial products.
• Educate customers on ANZ’s digital banking tools and solutions.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within the branch team.
• Support bank programs and initiatives that drive customer engagement and advocacy.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of each customer’s risk profile (“know your customer”).
• Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, branch procedures, and regulatory requirements.
