Associate/Engagement Manager – Performance Transformation

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day client project delivery, partnering with senior leaders and managing commercial aspects.
• Manage complex programmes to ensure on‑time delivery, applying Oliver Wyman best practices and technical expertise.
• Guide clients as trusted advisors, influencing strategy execution and commercial processes.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to thought leadership.
• Develop junior team members through coaching, project planning and workflow management.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in strategy or management consulting, preferably in a top‑tier firm.
• Background in Energy & Resources (mining, metals, power, utilities, renewables) is a plus.
• Strong business acumen, problem‑solving ability and mature judgement.
• Proven leadership, mentoring and small‑team management experience.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

• Analytical thinking and ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Flexibility to work in a changing environment and occasional travel, including internationally.
