About the role
Join a leading international law firm’s Competition & Regulatory team in Sydney or Melbourne. The role offers exposure to complex competition matters, regulatory investigations and advisory work for major Australian and international businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Provide competition and consumer law advisory to corporate clients.
- Assist with ACCC investigations, regulatory engagement and enforcement matters.
- Develop competition compliance and risk management strategies.
- Handle regulatory investigations and support transactional competition issues.
Required profile
- Associate or Senior Associate with experience in competition and regulatory law.
- Background in ACCC investigations, regulatory investigations or competition advisory work.
- Experience gained at a leading Australian, international or reputable mid‑tier firm.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Australian competition and consumer law.
- Experience with regulatory investigations and compliance matters.
