Associate Health & Medical Negligence Lawyer

About the role

This is a great opportunity for an Associate Health & Medical Negligence Lawyer to join one of Australia's leading Insurance & Health practices. You will work across a broad range of health law matters with support from two experienced Principals who are invested in mentoring their team.

Key responsibilities

• Act for hospitals, clinics, medical practitioners, allied health professionals and other healthcare providers across claims, disciplinary proceedings, litigated matters and coronial inquests.
• Run your own files autonomously while having senior lawyers available for strategic input and guidance.

Required profile

• 3-6 years' post‑admission experience in Health Law and Medical Negligence.
• Enjoys building strong client relationships, achieving excellent outcomes and taking a practical, commercial approach to problem‑solving.
