About the role

The Assistant Manager will support the Business & Private Bank in delivering strategic and operational priorities across commercial and private banking segments. You will help drive business performance, align initiatives with objectives, and contribute to high‑quality outcomes for business and high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

Support the design, planning and facilitation of origination initiatives across segments or countries.
Assist with the execution of relevant business initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, business heads and peers.
Manage ad‑hoc issues and requirements across various business areas.
Provide analytical support for leadership forums and committees such as Risk.

Required profile

Strong problem‑solving ability with capacity to process large data sets quickly.
Proven capability to execute improvements and navigate organisational roadblocks.
Highly organised, able to manage and prioritise a fast‑moving workload and multiple simultaneous initiatives.

Required skills

Advanced spreadsheet data analysis.
