Assistant Brand Manager

About the role

Join MECCA’s Makeup Category as an Assistant Brand Manager on a fixed‑term contract until March 2027. You will support brand managers and cross‑functional teams to bring brand plans to life through product launches, ranging and campaign activity.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Brand Managers to support commercial targets, create strategic brand plans and deliver monthly campaign and visual merchandising activity.
• Manage item setup, product maintenance and coordinate product, campaign, education and supporting collateral across the category.
• Support relationship management of brands through regular communication, business reviews and hosting brand visits in the ANZ market.
• Assist in developing store assortments with Range & Space, considering best sellers, performance and space requirements.

Required profile

• Proactive, highly organised and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar brand, category or commercial support role is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
