Senior Brand Manager – Fragrance

About the role

MECCA is seeking a commercially minded Senior Brand Manager to lead the growth of its flagship fragrance portfolio, including Diptyque, across Australia and New Zealand. You will shape brand strategy, drive commercial performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver annual brand and category strategies that drive growth, innovation and commercial performance.
• Lead brand partnerships, product launches and cross‑functional go‑to‑market initiatives across Marketing, Digital, Education, Retail and Planning.
• Own brand performance through financial analysis, forecasting, P&L management and identification of growth opportunities.
• Set the commercial strategy for Diptyque boutiques across ANZ, ensuring operational execution and alignment with broader business objectives.
• Coach and develop team members while fostering a collaborative, high‑performing culture.

Required profile

• Significant experience in brand, category or commercial portfolio management, preferably in beauty, retail, FMCG or luxury.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, financial performance and strategic planning.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and negotiation skills, building trusted relationships with internal teams and international brand partners.
• Highly developed analytical and problem‑solving abilities, translating insights into commercial outcomes.
• Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring high‑performing teams.
