Architecture Graduate – 5-7+ Years Experience

About the role

We are looking for a well‑rounded architecture graduate with 5‑7+ years of experience to join our new Sydney studio. You will work alongside architects, interior designers, urban designers and master planners, contributing to projects from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a production team member on multiple projects across all architectural phases.
• Champion and maintain design intent throughout each project stage.
• Serve as a client liaison and manage consultant relationships.
• Develop detailed knowledge of design development, building systems and procurement methods.
• Train and guide architecture students on active projects.

Required profile

• Graduate Master of Architecture.
• 5‑7+ years of architectural experience with a focus on delivery.
• High attention to detail and a systematic approach to design development, documentation, dimensioning, referencing and detailing complete architectural packages.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with Enscape and Lumion for visualisation.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Competent use of the MS Office Suite.
