Architect/Designer – Mission Critical Projects

About the role

We are looking for an Architect/Designer to join our growing Sydney team. Reporting to a senior Associate, you will work on complex, large‑scale mission‑critical projects such as data centres and specialised infrastructure, contributing to a portfolio that ranges from $400k to over $3 billion.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality outcomes on multi‑phase projects while ensuring compliance with Australian regulations.
• Produce detailed design, documentation, coordination and construction support aligned with design intent.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants throughout all project stages.
• Prepare and review detailed drawings and 3D models to support accurate project documentation.
• Maintain project timelines, deliverables and quality standards across multiple phases.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Solid understanding of Australian building codes.
• Strong technical and construction knowledge.
• Proficiency in design and construction documentation.

Required skills

• Revit (essential).
• Rendering tools such as Enscape or Lumion.
• Adobe Photoshop.
