Alpha Client Implementation Manager, VP

About the role

The Alpha Client Implementation Manager will lead client‑facing implementation programmes for State Street AlphaSM, overseeing major phases and ensuring successful delivery in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead significant elements of client implementation programmes, planning, monitoring progress and resolving issues.
• Support the Client Implementation Executive to ensure timely delivery and communicate decisions from oversight groups to program and product owners.
• Design programme milestones, manage risk, change control and reporting to internal and external steering committees.
• Capture business requirements, agree on target operating models and ensure new capabilities are delivered on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large transformational programmes in investment management.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, front‑to‑back investment servicing and back‑office processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and relationship‑building skills at senior levels.
• Ability to travel across the region as required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of front‑ and middle‑office technologies such as Charles River, BlackRock Aladdin, Thinkfolio, SimCorp Dimension, Markit EDM, Eagle Pace.
• Experience with Agile software development and highly configurable systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
