Aftermarket Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Aftermarket Sales Representative to generate service and parts business by building relationships with new and existing customers in an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and respond to their requirements efficiently.
• Develop new service and parts business through cold calls, presentations and lead follow‑ups.
• Secure orders for truck repairs on core and non‑core products.
• Identify and sell PMP agreements, support products, battery sales, rental leads and training opportunities.
• Process customer orders courteously, efficiently and timely, and log all interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive or aftermarket.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
