National & International Account Sales Support

About the role

The National & International Account Sales Support role ensures exceptional customer outcomes by coordinating cross‑functional activities, monitoring order fulfillment, and assisting the Sales Team in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise invoicing opportunities while complying with Crown's Order Coordination process and policies.
• Maintain accurate AS400, Lead Order Database, and Order Coordinator spreadsheet records.
• Coordinate invoice submission through supplier portals to meet payment terms.
• Partner with Branch Teams to drive accountability for national and international account invoicing.
• Identify invoicing risks, promote corrective actions, and communicate root causes to management.
• Adhere to procedures for invoicing capital equipment such as trade‑ins, manual cheques, and LOD.
• Provide accurate, courteous responses to stakeholder enquiries.
