Admissions Coordinator

About the role

The Admissions Coordinator manages and drives the sales pipeline for HammondCare's Waratah residential site, supporting prospective residents and meeting occupancy targets. This permanent, on‑site position also supports the Cardiff and Scone sites with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end “enquiries to arrivals” process, ensuring a positive experience for prospective residents and their families.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as hospitals, social workers and referral networks.
• Communicate clearly the services, benefits and costs of residential care, helping families understand payment options.
• Collaborate with Residential Care Operations and the Regional Admissions Lead to meet occupancy targets.
• Travel to the Scone site quarterly for overnight stays and support the Cardiff site as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a busy administration or sales capacity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with external stakeholders.
• Empathy, compassion and patience when dealing with residents and families.
• Commitment to HammondCare’s Christian mission and inclusive values.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
