About the role
Join NCI's Data Management Team as an Administration Assistant, supporting clients and internal teams with accurate data handling and professional service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service via phone and email, triage and coordinate enquiries.
- Manage requests through a ticketing system, maintain service standards and monitor outstanding tasks.
- Accurately update client information across multiple systems and set up client records and online access.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance and timely resolution of requests.
Required profile
- Previous experience in data entry, customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organisation and time‑management skills.
- Clear and professional communication on phone and email.
- Ability to work across multiple systems and prioritize urgent tasks.
