About the role

Provide administrative support for finance operations across Australia and New Zealand, working closely with the Managing Director, Finance Manager and various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Verify supplier bank details and manage bank account administration, including credit letter preparation and user maintenance.
  • Run weekly cost‑centre reclassification reports and follow up with Customer Service, Planning and Purchasing teams.
  • Manage the Corporate Card Program, supporting cardholders and handling expense report administration.
  • Provide user setup and general support for the CONCUR expense system.
  • Identify and assist in process‑improvement initiatives and drive customer service excellence.

Required profile

  • Can‑do attitude with strong customer service focus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex environment.
  • Professional and ethical approach to confidentiality.

Required skills

  • SAP (essential)
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with CONCUR expense system
