Finance Business Partner – Labour Management

About the role

RACV is seeking a commercially savvy Finance Business Partner to lead labour planning, productivity initiatives and workforce analytics across its leisure portfolio of 10 iconic resorts. You will partner with operational leaders, provide actionable insights and champion productivity improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to optimise labour performance, productivity and workforce planning across the Leisure portfolio.
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes for labour costs, hours and FTEs.
• Develop and embed labour analytics, reporting and KPI frameworks that drive accountability.
• Identify and implement productivity improvement initiatives and business simplification opportunities.
• Deliver commercial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision‑making.
• Support Payroll and People & Culture teams with award, enterprise agreement and workforce‑related changes.
• Own labour management reporting, ensuring compliance with Group timelines and financial policies.

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualification.
• 5+ years in accounting or commercial management.
• 5+ years experience in a large hotel, hospitality or high‑volume labour environment.
• Proven expertise in labour cost management, workforce planning and productivity analysis.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with workforce management systems such as Kronos or PMS.
• Strong ERP and Cognos TM1 experience.
