About the role

Join Uniting’s Finance team in Melbourne’s CBD to provide financial analysis that directly influences community services. You will work closely with operational leaders to shape budgeting, forecasting and performance decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to support budgeting, forecasting and financial performance.
• Deliver accurate monthly reporting, variance analysis and translate complex financial information into practical recommendations.
• Support managers in understanding financial results and improving performance outcomes.

Required profile

• Analytical finance professional with experience in financial analysis, management accounting or FP&A.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting capabilities, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
