About the role
EatClub is scaling rapidly in Sydney and needs an Account Manager to act as the "mayor" of a portfolio of restaurant partners. You will own commercial success, build trusted relationships, and use data‑driven insights to reduce churn and grow revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Visit and build strong relationships with restaurant partners across your territory.
- Monitor partner performance using dashboards and data insights, identifying risks early.
- Lead onboarding, activation, and optimisation for new partners.
- Identify and deliver growth opportunities, including campaigns, upsells, and new features.
- Balance field visits with desk‑based planning and analysis, providing feedback to improve processes.
Required profile
- 3+ years’ experience in hospitality sales or account management.
- Proven track record of upselling and revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, both in‑person and written.
- Comfortable balancing autonomous field work with structured reporting.
Required skills
- Experience using performance dashboards and data analysis to guide decisions.
