Account Manager – SaaS (Hybrid, Melbourne CBD)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing SaaS company that serves some of Australia’s and the world’s most recognisable brands. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving renewals, expansion and executive stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Own renewals and retention outcomes.
• Identify and pursue upsell, cross‑sell and expansion opportunities.
• Build relationships with operational users through to executive sponsors.
• Detect risks early and develop proactive retention strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product and Leadership teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Customer Growth.
• Proven experience managing renewals and commercial conversations.
• Exposure to upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.

What we offer

• Base salary $90,000‑$100,000 + Super.
• Commission $30,000‑$40,000.
• Hybrid working model with a Melbourne CBD office.
