Account Manager – Building Solutions

About the role

Join Johnson Controls as an Account Manager focusing on Building Solutions. You will manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while identifying new business opportunities across our service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships across an assigned customer portfolio and act as the primary point of contact.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Engage customers through a consultative sales approach, prepare proposals and support contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with service technicians, project managers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, business development or sales.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Understanding of HVAC, fire protection and security systems.
• Experience selling building services or related technical solutions.
