About the role

As an Assistant Head Coach and Senior Retail Manager you will partner with the Head Coach to ensure seamless store operations and create an environment where employees can thrive both personally and professionally. You will be the face of Nike, delivering top‑tier service and product expertise to a community passionate about sport and style.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to life.
• Provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team.
• Assist the team in achieving targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential.
• Foster a fun, supportive atmosphere for the team.

Required profile

• Passion for the Nike brand.
• Proven experience leading large retail teams, including stock management, logistics, rostering, development and coaching.
• Ability to build, lead and manage high‑performing teams.
• Strong strategic, problem‑solving and influencing skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency.
