Account Executive (Strata)

About the role

Marsh Risk is looking for an Account Executive to join its Strata team in Sydney. This hybrid position requires you to be in the office at least three days a week and involves managing and growing a portfolio of Strata insurance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage business within a nominated Strata portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting service agreements.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities from existing clients and work with senior managers to deliver high‑quality service.
• Collaborate with insurer partners to negotiate favourable solutions for clients and adhere to Marsh quality practices.

Required profile

• Tier 1 qualification and demonstrated experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills across all levels.
• Excellent time‑management, organisational abilities and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
