About the role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate and Commercial team at Marsh Risk in Melbourne. This entry‑level, full‑time permanent role supports senior brokers in client servicing, portfolio management and business development.
Key responsibilities
- Support Senior and Principal Account Brokers with portfolio management and risk program implementation.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision makers and understand client insurance needs.
- Process invoices, policy documents, quotations, premium calculations and certificates of currency.
- Liaise and negotiate with clients, underwriters and claims managers.
Required profile
- Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivation for client service and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
