Account Executive – Insurance Brokerage

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive to join our Corporate and Commercial team in Melbourne. This entry‑level position offers a hybrid work model with at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Support Senior and Principal Account Brokers with portfolio management and client servicing.
• Assist in developing, implementing and managing risk management and insurance programmes that meet client needs.
• Process invoices, policy documents, quotations, premium calculations and certificates of currency accurately and on time.
• Liaise and negotiate with clients, underwriters and claims managers.

Required profile

• Strong negotiation, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Motivation for client service and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in the insurance or financial services sector, with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
