Account Executive – Health and Benefits

About the role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Health and Benefits team in Sydney. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office and involves managing Marsh’s Group Life SME Facility for small to medium business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operation of the SME Facility, including policy administration, renewals, endorsements and reporting.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions.
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
• Maintain high‑standard documentation, records and compliance requirements.
• Grow the portfolio by introducing relevant products and services.
• Support onboarding of new business and manage changes to existing arrangements.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience supporting operational work in a client‑service, insurance or administrative environment.
• Proactive problem‑solving and process‑improvement mindset.
• Clear communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
