Account Executive – Client Services

About the role

This position supports service delivery for Local Government clients across Victoria and Tasmania, strengthening client relationships and ensuring high‑quality administrative and technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive account management support, meeting client needs and compliance standards.
• Partner with offshore processing and operations teams to identify improvements and support system enhancements.
• Maintain the online client portal and deliver ad‑hoc system training.
• Manage the daily team mailbox to ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Prepare documentation in line with service standards and compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in an insurance broker support role.
• Public sector or affinity servicing experience (highly regarded).
• Understanding of Tier 1 compliance (advantageous).
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong understanding and application of insurance broking principles, products and services.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and processes.
• Capability to manage, interpret and analyse large data sets.
