Account Executive – Client Services

About the role

Join JLT Public Sector, part of Marsh, to support service delivery for Local Government clients across Victoria and Tasmania. You will strengthen client relationships and ensure high‑quality administrative and technical support for a portfolio of public‑sector accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive account management support, meeting client needs in line with service standards and compliance.
• Partner with offshore processing and operations teams to identify improvements and support system enhancements.
• Maintain the online client portal and deliver ad‑hoc system training as required.
• Manage the daily team mailbox to ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Prepare documentation following company service standards and compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in an insurance broker support role.
• Public sector or affinity servicing experience (highly regarded).
• Understanding of Tier 1 compliance (advantageous).
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of insurance broking principles, products and services.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and processes.
• Capability to manage, interpret and analyse large data sets.
