Account Development Associate

About the role

FeverUp is seeking an Account Development Associate to drive the pipeline for corporate ticketed experiences, generate new revenue opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle for group ticket sales within the Fever for Business division.

Key responsibilities

• Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for corporate ticketing offerings.
• Manage and close group ticket sales from qualification to payment.
• Build and optimise outreach sequences, messaging and cadences.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with Billing, Project Managers and Sales teams to align campaigns.
• Track and report KPIs such as SQLs, pipeline value, conversion rates and revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognised university or business school.
• Proven experience in B2B sales development or business development, preferably in media or events.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
